Mestia to Ushguli Transfer
Private and shared 4x4 transfer from Mestia to Ushguli. Reach one of Europe's highest villages with local drivers, road and weather advice.
The Mestia to Ushguli road is the classic Upper Svaneti route — around 2 hours each way, now mostly paved with concrete, with one rough section past Kala village. It leads to one of Europe's highest permanently inhabited villages, under Mount Shkhara.
This page covers the transfer (there and back, or drop-off for an overnight). If you want a driver who builds in photo stops and the Shkhara viewpoint, our Ushguli day tour is the fuller version.
